Shipping
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be despatched.
All orders over £65 are shipped FREE using The Royal Mails Next Day Delivery service. Orders under £65 are charged at £3.50 and are sent Royal Mail first class and will be with you in 1-2 days.
You can check the progress of your order by logging into your "Account" at the top of the page, this will show you details of orders you have placed with us. It will also give you the tracking number of your package (s) which you can also track at the Royal Mails website.
Please remember that The Royal Mail do not work on Sundays so items posted for Next Day Delivery on Saturday will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Sunday will be posted on Monday and will be with you on Tuesday.
Returns
All items can be returned to us within 5 days . Items must reach us in the same condition as they were sent ( perfect ) . All tags must still be in place and no marks , stains or tears should be on the product(s) . Items are inspected before they leave us to make sure they get to you in perfect condition . Fitted hat’s can only be returned for a different size so order carefully if you have any problems with sizing please contact and we will help pick your size. If any hats are returned to us and the peaks have been curved we will return the hat immediatley . We will deduct 15% restocking fee to cover our costs. Contact details below. If you are returning items for another size please note all return shipping costs will be met by the customer. We will charge your credit card for the shipping amount.

And while it is necessary for us to collect certain personal information, we respect and protect your right to privacy. We will never sell on any information gathered from you. Apart from sending you a confirmation email when you order from us we will not send you any other emails unless you tell us too.
Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All credit cards are processed by the owner of AllStarBranded.com . Not even staff members have access to your credit card. If you would like further information on credit card security please email or phone us and one of our staff will go through it with you.
Payment Methods/ Paypal
The ways that you can make payment to us is by credit card ,cheque , postal order bankers draft and Paypal. As soon as payment is received your item(s) will be packaged and posted . If you decide to pay by postal order or bankers draft your items will be dispatched as soon as they arrive . Cheques take 2 days to clear so shipping is affected accordingly . When paying by postal order , bankers draft or cheque please E-mail us your order and we will remove your order from our web site .However if no payment is received within 5 days we will put the items back on . Cancellation Policy
All orders are packaged within a hour of the order being placed. If you want to cancell your order and it has not been packaged there is a 10% restocking fee. If you cancel your order after it has been posted we will charge a restocking fee and the postage costs.If you have any questions click on the "contact us" and one of our sales advisors will go through it with you.
Credit Checks
Before any credit card transactions are processed we send the details you have given us to whichever credit card company you use. In a few minutes we are given a reply to tell us whether all the details are correct. If they do not match your order will be cancelled. AllStarBranded.com reserves the right to cancel any order that we think is likely to be bogus. All credit card fraud is followed up to the fullest through the relevant sources.

We are opened between the hours of 10.30am to 4pm five days a week. Sometimes we have members of staff in earlier , if you give us a call after 9.00am there might be staff available to deal with you.

How to care for your New Era hat
Key things to remember...
If you make the cap wet, it will take on shape as it dries! If you don't provide the shape, it will shrink to its own smaller shape. If you want it to fit your head, dry it on your head. If you want it to be shaped like a coffee mug, dry it in a mug. If you use rubber bands and you make the rubber bands too tight, you will see rubber band marks
Cleaning a 59FIFTY...never wash the cap!
The cap is made of wool and you will ruin its shape. To clean the headband, take a wet washcloth and put a little detergent and a little Spray and Wash and gently rub down the headband with the wet wash cloth. After you have sufficiently cleaned the headband of sweat stains and soil, rinse the wash cloth out with clear water and once again wash down the headband, cleaning up any left soap. Let dry and your cap will be ready to go again. Some sweat stains stay in but at least the cap will be clean.
Dusty caps?
Things like a little cat hair or lint, just take some masking tape (I like the 2 inch size) and wrap some of it around your fingers so the sticky side is exposed and dab the hat with the tape. The tape will pick up all the lint and anything else on the cap.
Just a little big?
Take a spray bottle of water and spray the headband with the water, then let dry in the sun on top of an empty coffee can. Or, just let it dry without being elevated by the can. You can also dry it with a good portable hair dryer.
Drying
DO NOT put them in the dryer!
Too tight?
What happens is the sweatband does its job and collects any moisture when you are wearing the cap. Without a head to hold its shape and size, it will shrink as it dries. For starters, grab your cap from the rear of the cap, place it over your knee and give a good hard yank. You will hear some popping noises. That's O.K. Stop pulling after you hear a couple of these noises. If you pull too hard and too long, you could rip a seam. We DON'T want that!! What you are actually doing is breaking the sizing, which is a stiff plastic strap that we sew into the cap for shape and size maintenance.
